Our Midcentury Revival project is a new construction overlooking Lake Kegonsa, designed to highlight the breathtaking lake views from both inside and out. Our clients wanted a space that seamlessly connected with the landscape while providing a functional, accessible home for aging in place. Features like a fully collapsible window wall, zero-clearance thresholds, and flush decks create a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. Polished concrete floors with radiant heat add warmth, while continuous flooring throughout enhances the flow.

Although functionality was at the core of this design, unique design elements were not missed. Custom touches, such as the 60-inch pivoting front door, large Anderson windows framing expansive views, and weather-resistant cement board siding, make the home one of a kind. Architectural lighting was thoughtfully placed to enhance the atmosphere and highlight details like the ceiling.
