Our clients prioritized creating a space that allowed them to entertain family while maintaining a sense of privacy and solitude. They envisioned a contemporary home that would simplify their lifestyle, offering a peaceful retreat without compromising their connection to the lake.

The design emphasizing glass elements were thoughtfully placed to accomplish unobstructed lake views, all while maintaining that desired privacy. Strong exterior materials were chosen to give each elevation a striking visual presence, setting the home apart from neighboring properties. The plot presented unique challenges due to existing water table issues. To address this, we designed the entire home above water level, ensuring that the property was functional and stable.
