Using 2D drawings and 3D visuals, we refine the design to align with your needs and budget. Material selections begin, though final choices are not required yet. This phase is crucial for design review meetings to ensure all details are on track.

Once the design is approved, we produce detailed drawings and specifications that define the project and help establish construction costs. This phase results in a comprehensive set of documents used for building. Optional interior design services are also available.

At this stage, you select a contractor while we assist by recommending builders, preparing bid documents, and acting as your representative for contractor inquiries. We can also help evaluate the received bids. Optional services include interior design consultations and material selections.

During construction, we support you by ensuring the project adheres to approved plans and specifications. We conduct site visits, review contractor payments, and keep you updated on progress, providing guidance throughout the process.
