The Rolling Hills project was designed for a blended family seeking ample space to accommodate their active waterfront lifestyle. Situated on 30 acres of picturesque land, the home balances separation and connection with a central common area that unites the family while allowing for individual privacy. Inspired by Prairie-style architecture, the exterior embraces classic Craftsman elements, while modern fixtures were thoughtfully incorporated to elevate the home's aesthetic.

A key design focus was maximizing the surrounding views, with carefully positioned sightlines offering unique perspectives of the landscape from every room, creating a truly immersive experience
